COVID-19 Disclaimer

To our shoppers,

Washington State has enacted a “Stay Home, Stay Safe” work from home policy.  At Volleyball USA we have moved most of our warehouse production into our employees homes in an effort to continue supplying high quality, American made products to the volleyball community while adhering to social distancing guidelines and keeping our people employed.

We are also actively producing medical face shields to help nurses and doctors at hospitals throughout the United States. Filling a critical need during this difficult time.

We very much appreciate your patience during this challenging time and will do our best to get your volleyball equipment to you as quick as our current health and safety guidelines allow.

Thank you for your business,

Jesse Brown (Owner)

FAQs about Orders and Deliveries and COVID-19

1. Can I place an order? Will my package be delivered?

Yes, our business operations are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

2. What's the status on my order? Can I change the delivery address?

You can change the delivery address for an order before it ships, please call 1-800-494-3933 to do so. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in the inbox of the email address you provided for the order.

3. Why are my items taking longer to ship?

As COVID-19 has spread, more people are online shopping. As a company we have had to adjust all departments to comply with Washington State's Stay Home, Stay Safe policy and doing our best to maintain operations while social distancing.

We are also working to produce medical face shields for the medical community. If you are in need or know who would like to purchase medical grade face shields, view our product here or call us at 1-800-494-3933.

4. Can I still make returns?

Yes. We are still processing returns as usual. Please email info@volleyballusa.com for return information.

5. Is it safe to receive orders?
