Indoor Sleeves/ Floor Anchors

The deluxe floor anchor features a billet steel body that gives 9,000 lb. pullout strength intended for all floor applications except floating wood floors. The center has a 1/2"-13 thread with a spring-loaded closure plug and the cover is constructed of solid chrome. This anchor may also be used without the extension bolt on wood, tile, or synthetic surfaces applied directly over a concrete slab, or on a floating wood floor for lighter-duty performance.

Cover Plate:

• Premium quality, 8" Outside Diameter with 6" Inside Diameter opening with a 1/4" thickness made of solid cast brass.
• Hinged floor plate is machined for a high quality fit and finish.
• 1" Wide Hinge for long term strength and durability. (Don't skimp on sleeve quality or you'll find yourself replacing these in a few years) (Many of our competitor's access plates have narrower hinges which break over time and is a common reason people call us for replacement as they break off and get kicked around the gym floor getting lost, leaving potentially hazardous holes in the gym floor).
  
• Industry leading inside diameter allows floating wooden floors to expand and contract with changes in humidity.  (It is not uncommon for some wood floors to move 1-2 inches throughout the day pinning the floor into the volleyball pole.  This larger 6" opening reduces the potential for that issue to occur).

Floating Floor Socket Spec Sheet

• Lockable plates prevent dead spots in gym floor during basketball games
• Chrome-plated cover plate includes slotted locking mechanism

• Our Anodized Aluminum lined Bolt-Down POP Sleeve is designed to sit on-top of a submerged concrete footing which is typically 2 foot by 4 foot wide. (This footing may need to be bigger or smaller depending on how hard your existing soil is)
• 6 stainless steel j-bolts are installed to accept a steel bolt down plate.
• The anodized aluminum liner prevents the volleyball pole from rust-seizing inside the sleeve.
• The bolt down installation allows for manipulation of the angle of the volleyball pole to compensate after installation for pole deflection / soil compaction.

• The top half of the Reducer is sized to accept your existing volleyball pole while the lower half is machined to fit a smaller socket.
• Welded 360 degrees to prevent weld fatigue.
• Stainless steel set screw and bolt allow long term connection of adapters to your existing poles.
• For use for example when a 4" or 3-1/2" diameter pole needs to fit a 3" or 2-1/2" socket.
